Hi! I'm Rae, I'm a coach here at Mountain High Fitness. My specialist interests for personal training are creating supportive spaces for LGBTQIA+ people, managing long term health conditions and fitness for healthy aging. I'm a health at every size (HAES) advocate, which means that training with me is not about exercise to get a smaller body, but how exercise can be an enjoyable and regular part of your routine.
As a coach with 9 years experience as well as NHS physiotherapy experience, there's plenty of ways to find movement that fits your needs and preferences. Ultimately, my goal with my clients is to help them to be healthy throughout their lifespan, whether that's by doing functional exercises to help support day to day activities, or by helping someone start their journey lifting heavy weights to get strong.
Outside of work times you're likely to see me in the gym doing my own training for my favourite sport, powerlifting.
